refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 3-7 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense, at our Delaware warehouse, and the item must be unused.

If:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Nicolaccs (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Nicolaccs

you can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.

All orders are applicable for refunds within the first 30 days from arriving product. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 day refund period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition as when you received it, along with its original packaging.

You can submit refund requests do it by sending a message on support@nicolaccs.com.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different one, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the process, step by step.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. To send us your purchase you need the special code, so we could track it in the warehouse. Thank you.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1) Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2) Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery date.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@nicolaccs.com.

After you receive an email confirmation with a tracking code for your order, send your item to:

Please note that we can not track your parcel without unique tracking number in our warehouse, which we will be happy to provide you via email, during the process of approving your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the ordered item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from
your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
