Where do you ship to?
We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world.
However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are free.
Approximate product delivery times are 10 to 25 business days, depending on a parcel.
We won’t ever share your information. All personal information and payment details are well secured.
When will I receive my item?
Shipping time varies by location.
Shipping time normally takes around 15-20 business days. However due to popular demand, in some cases, it may up to 4-6 weeks for shipping, handling, and delivery from the manufacturer, or from our international warehouses.
Please rest assured we are doing everything we can in order to get your products to you quickly and safely.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centers and remote locations.
Please note NicolAccs is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and parcel volume.

Why are my items arriving in separate packages?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. We use a variety of vendors to bring you the best products, so items ordered may ship separately.
What is the processing time?
Due to overwhelming demands, processing and handling times can take up from 3 to 7 business days.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 7 business days from the day you completed your payment.
What payment gateways are you supported by?
We are supported by PayPal, the most secure payment gateway available on the market.
We accept all major credit cards.
Can I cancel my order?
We only allow order cancellations if your order has not yet been shipped out.
Once your order has been processed and prepared for dispatch we can no longer cancel the order.
Can I make changes to my order/shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. However, please note that we do not guarantee any changes. Please keep in mind that if the order has already been sent out, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Do I need to pay for taxes, custom, and duties?
Regrettably, delivery duties are unpaid on all shipments. However, customs and duty charges are very rare and dependent on where the item is being shipped. If any customs or import duties are charged, once the shipment reaches its destination country, then the customers are liable for the fees.
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
If any customers refuse to accept the parcel due to import duties or taxes, then the customer must be fully liable for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in Asia will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
